Meet The Team
Mr. Ingram is the Founder (2000) and President of Ingram Civil Engineering Group, LLC in Brentwood, Tennessee. His duties include technical oversight of projects, quality control, client liaison, as well as business development for the office. His experience includes 30+ years in design, project management and land development. He has directed civil engineering design and construction observation for commercial, institutional, military, industrial and government clients.
Mr. Bohannon is a Project Manager for Ingram Civil Engineering Group, LLC, in Brentwood, Tennessee. His duties include technical oversight of projects as well as client liaison. He started in 2007 and has over 20+ years experience. His responsibilities as a project manager involve site and permitting due diligence, site layout, grading, utilities and storm sewer design on institutional and commercial projects.
Mr. Simpson is the Production Director and an accomplished Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Designer for Ingram Civil Engineering Group. He has been with the firm since 2003. His responsibilities include design and development and Director of Quality Control. He started with Ingram Civil Engineering in 2003 and has over 25+ years experience in CAD design. His responsibilities include site layout, grading, utilities and storm sewer.
Ms. Douglas is the Accountant/Office Manager and has been with the firm since August 2015. Her responsibilities include general accounting including billing, payroll and monthly financial analysis. Her duties also include maintaining office operations and other clerical functions. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and her experience includes 20+ years of accounting work in various industries.
Mr. Morrow is a Project Designer for Ingram Civil Engineering Group, LLC in Brentwood, Tennessee. He graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2022 with his B.S in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is a licensed Engineering Intern with the State of Tennessee. His duties as a project designer include site due diligence, utilities and storm sewer design, grading, and permitting. In his free time, Cullen enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, boating, sports, and riding his motorcycle. He loves spending time with family and friends. Cullen is driven by faith and ethical obligation to be the best civil engineer he can be.
Dr. Brackins is a Project Designer for Ingram Civil Engineering Group, LLC in Brentwood, Tennessee. He graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2017 with his bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and his Engineer Intern certification from the State of Tennessee. His undergraduate experience and strong interest in civil engineering research drove him to pursue his master’s degree, during which he was competitively selected as a 2018 National Water Center Summer Institute Fellow and completed a short-term research project considering possible improvements to the National Water Model. After completing his master’s degree in 2018, he was selected to receive the prestigious National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship (NSF-GRFP). As an NSF-GRFP Fellow, Dr. Brackins considered the combined flooding effects of tropical cyclone storm surge and rainfall-runoff on FEMA flood insurance study rate maps, and he pursued other areas of research in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling leading to peer-reviewed publications in the Journal of Hydrology and the Journal of the American Water Resources Association (JAWRA). Following his graduation from Tennessee Tech in 2022 with his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Dr. Brackins began his engineering career at Ingram Civil Engineering to apply his unique skillset to practical civil engineering situations. His duties as a project designer include site due diligence, utilities and storm sewer design, grading, and permitting.
Mr. Mouret is a Project Designer for Ingram Civil Engineering Group, LLC in Brentwood, Tennessee. He graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2024 with his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He is a licensed Engineering Intern with the State of Tennessee. His duties as a project designer include site due diligence, utilities and storm sewer design, grading, and permitting. Max enjoys staying active, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and learning new skills.
Ms. Davidson is a Project Designer for Ingram Civil Engineering Group, LLC in Brentwood, Tennessee. She graduated from Lipscomb University in 2024 with her B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering. She is a licensed Engineering Intern with the State of Tennessee. Her duties as a project designer include site due diligence, utilities and storm sewer design, site grading, and permitting. Anna loves spending time outdoors whether it be running, hiking, camping, or rock climbing. Throughout her time at Lipscomb, Anna became heavily involved in engineering missions, traveling on multiple trips to Guatemala and Honduras to aid in clean water access and pedestrian bridge construction. During her tenure with Ingram, she has been able to join her passion for humanitarian engineering with Ingram’s vision to positively impact and improve the lives of others.
